Your order is being placed with Custom Kids Curtains Ltd

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.

Custom curtains and blinds are hand made to your specifications and we aim to despatch completed orders within 28 days. Fabric samples are usually sent within 2 days.

For online orders we currently ship to Mainland UK. Please call us to get an accurate delivery price for all other countries/regions.

Postage prices from £2.40 for fabric samples, to £6.75 for some accessories and £18 for custom curtains and blinds. Please see your cart once you have added your items for a custom delivery price.

Please select the correct shipping location in the shopping cart to be given the cost for delivery to your country based on the weight of the items. Please make sure you read the terms & conditions before ordering. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually same day.

We accept the following cards Visa Card, Mastercard, Maestro via our secure payment provider Sagepay. Credit card details are entered on a secured page and that they are transferred using SSL.

Due to variations in lighting conditions at the time of photography and / or settings on your own computer, there may be slight differences between the colour of any products that you receive and how they may appear online. We will always try and ensure that the colours depicted in any images on the site reflect the actual colour as closely as possible, but we recommend that the colours depicted be used as a guide. We therefore recommend ordering a fabric sample to ensure colour accuracy before ordering custom curtains or blinds.

Please call us urgently to cancel an order. Orders can only be cancelled if fabric has not been ordered and/or custom manufacture has not started. Cancellations are only accepted if the customer phones our customer services on 01559 361332 to obtain a cancellation number.

If your order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined below will apply and you will be issued with a RMA number. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Orders may be returned within 14 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:

• Item was received damaged or defective
• Incorrect item was shipped

Orders may not be returned in the following circumstances due to the custom-made products:

• Size ordered is incorrect for fitment (Please ensure you read our measuring guide before ordering)
• Fabric choice not as expected (Please order a sample prior to ordering custom curtains/blinds if required)

To process your return you will need a RMA number for the goods by calling our customer services number on 01559 361332 before sending.

• You have obtained a RMA number for the goods before sending.
• Goods must be returned within 14 working days of delivery.
• Goods returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging.
• Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility.
• Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of items returned more than 14 working days after delivery and/or goods returned without a valid RMA. All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5 – 7 working days from when the goods have been returned.
